At IceTrek Shop, we take pride in providing premium figure skating equipment that helps you perform your best on the ice. However, we understand that sometimes products need to be returned or exchanged. Our policy is designed to make this process as smooth as your best glide across the rink.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original tags must still be attached for apparel items like Chloe Noel dresses
- Blades and sharpened items must be in their original protective covers
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items from Brad Griffies Designs
- Bunga Pads and other protective gear that has been used
- Clearance items marked as “final sale”
- Any products that have been sharpened, used on ice, or show signs of wear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – Our Sacramento-based team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to:

Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or product changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using your preferred shipping method
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (like Edea skates with manufacturing flaws or Eclipse blades with packaging damage):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
- This policy does not apply to damage caused by normal wear or improper use
