Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking available

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your figure skating equipment. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original tags must still be attached for apparel (including Chloe Noel dresses)
  • Blades and sharpened items must be in their original protective covers

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items from Brad Griffies Designs
  • Bunga Pads and other protective gear that has been used
  • All Clearance items marked as “final sale”
  • Any products that have been sharpened, used on ice, or show signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our team within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – Our Sacramento-based team will respond within 1-2 business days
  3. Package items securely in original packaging when possible
  4. Ship your return to:

  5. Include your RMA number (provided in approval email) clearly on the package

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • You’ll receive email notification when your refund is processed

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or product changes):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using your preferred shipping method
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like Edea skates with manufacturing flaws or Eclipse blades with packaging damage):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed

This policy does not apply to damage caused by normal wear or improper use.
